J H Performance Inc. Products Limited Warranty
​
JH Performance Inc. offers a 10 Year Limited Warranty against Manufacturing defects, defects in Material, and Workmanship as specified under the terms and conditions contained in this Limited Warranty.
​
JH Performance Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser, for 10 years from date of purchase, that its products will not fail or break during normal and that all parts will be free from defects in material and manufacturing workmanship.
However, JH Performance Inc. will not be liable for special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, towing, lodging, business interruption, loss of profits, damage to or loss of other property or persons, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Some provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied limited warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from province to province. This limited warranty does not extend the vehicle manufacturer’s limited warranty.
Procedure and Conditions for Claims under This Limited Warranty

To make a warranty claim email support@jhperformance.ca with your name and contact details (email, phone, delivery address). Tell us which product you have and briefly describe the problem. If possible attach sharp close-up photos of the issue. Include your dated proof of purchase (purchase receipt, credit card or bank statement).

To qualify for warranty replacement, the Customer must provide proof of purchase or original receipt. The Customer must contact us first, before returning any goods, in order to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept returned merchandise without an RMA number. Please do not send any merchandise until you have received an RMA Number. If Customer returns an item without the RMA number the item will be rejected or returned to Customer and will not be processed for Warranty exchange.

We will evaluate the Warranty request within 5 business days. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. ​Once received back in our warehouse, the returned merchandise will be tested and we will then issue a replacement if the goods are deemed defective by our mechanics/technicians.
General Conditions

The Limited Warranty stipulated in this document is the only warranty applicable to the JH Performance Inc. products. It is granted in lieu of any warranties otherwise implied by law or equity, and no such warranties shall apply to this JH Performance Inc. LIMITED WARRANTY.

1- Product Use
​
This Limited Warranty applies only in respect of products used strictly for the purpose for which they were intended. This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting directly or indirectly from, accidents, abuse, negligence, misuse (racing or overloading), improper repairs, alteration or tampering, including installation of non-genuine accessories, lack of proper maintenance.

2- Limited Warranty Limitations
JH Performance’s liability is limited solely and exclusively to replacement, at the option of JH Performance Inc., and under no circumstances will JH Performance Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential charges such as, but not limited to, labour costs for any purpose, inconvenience, damage or injury to persons or property.
3- Replacement Parts
JH Performance Inc. reserves the right to discontinue or change any product as currently manufactured. If JH Performance Inc. determines to make a replacement under the terms of this Limited Warranty and an exact replacement part is not available, JH Performance Inc. reserves the right to substitute a part or parts of equal quality at its sole discretion.
4- This warranty is limited to the original paid purchase price from JH Performance Inc.

Exclusions From Limited Warranty Coverage

A. Any defect, malfunction or failure to perform which has occurred because of unreasonable use, improper application or failure to perform reasonable or necessary maintenance.

C. Any damage caused by, intentional acts, acts of God, accidents, negligence or exposure to harmful chemicals.
​
D. Damage caused by improper handling or installation.
​
E. Any product which has been repaired or modified or attempted to have been repaired or modified by any person other than a duly authorized representative of JH Performance Inc.
